Below is the 8th Day Institute application for year one. In addition, the suggested sliding-fee scale donation for tuition is also available. You will need to send three references to complete the application; one to a friend, one to a pastor, and one to a person who knows your capacity for study. The reference form is attached to the application. Thank you for considering the 8th Day Institute.
